   When play youtube, the audio and video sometimes will freeze, try to reinstall OS, change another video card but still not solved. Problem with audio device on the board?

	I had some audio issues in the past. I tried a fresh install after cleaning the drive with Diskpart and disconnecting the PC from the internet. When windows finished I then loaded the drivers for the chipset etc from AMD then the video. I purposely did not add the audio, letting windows take care of that. This did work in my case.
