Hello, how are you ?, I have this board in bios P5.40 with a Ryzen 5 1600.
I have ram t-force delta rgb 4x4 Gb 2666 Mhz, two dram manuf "Micron" and others two dram manuf "Samsung".

When I put the four memories together they work, but the XMP profile does not load, when I activate it the system turns off and on three times, and then resets three times until it starts, there it only starts in auto ram sets, only at 16-16 -16-39-55-2T. I tried to put the whole XMP profile manually but the same thing happens.

However when I place only two modules, either 2x4 gb manuf "samsung" or 2x4 gb manuf "micron", in that case if the XMP profile works on 16-17-17-17-52-1T @ 2666 Mhz, even I It allows to reach @ 3000 Mhz without errors.

The problem I have is when putting the four memories together, I would like to know how I should set them or what to do to use all 2666 or more. In the bios the CAS # Latency (CL) does not decrease from 16 when saving the changes, I do not understand that either...

you have TWO different issues happening here

firstly
it is harder for the memory controller to operate at higher speeds with 4 sticks of ram to address than with two

but SECONDLY and more of the actual problem is the different versions of ram
what is happening is the system (the mainboard) is trying to decide what timings and subtimings to set when you select XMP
qand it is failing to find stable timings due to conflicting SPD data on the two different ram versions

the easiset way to resolve this issue would be to purchase two new 8 gb sticks

now this may not be ideal for yourself so to try and make the ram work that you have

EITHER
set xmp with the micron sticks then try to add the samsung sticks afterwards (in theory samsung 'should' be more tolerant)

or loosen up the ram timings manually and increase the ram voltage a bit
(1.375volts-1.390 volts)

to be honest you havnt made the situation very easy by using mixed ram on an early ryzen cpu with weaker memory controller than the later ryzen 2xxx/3xxx cpus
i can see you did make an effort to match the ram by using the same brand , but as manufacturing goes they tend to have to switch parts as time goes on so in that area you have been unlucky
