Hi Guys,
I like changing the fan/pump speeds in my bios settings, I do this often based on the things I?™m doing on my PC. I have used the bios settings for this, for almost a year now. Suddenly it stopped working. When I change the fan speeds in the Bios settings, it just works. When I reboot my PC, the changes are still active during the starting process, but as soon as the windows logo pops the fans start spinning like they did before and it resets the new fancurve I just applied in the bios. When I return to the bios, all settings are the same and are still identical to the ?˜new??settings I applied, but the fans are way louder and act as they did before I changed the speed. So practically I cant change my fanspeeds anymore. It seems like windows is overwriting my bios, I havent had any programs on my pc that can change fan speeds (not that I?™m aware of). Can you guys help me out? My setup: -Asrock B450M Steel Legend -Ryzen 7 1700 -Corsair Vengeance LPX -Crucial MX500 1TB -Asrock PG RX 580 Thanks! |
