Hello,
Yesterday, I saw that for some reason my PC landed in a Automatic Repair loop. I tried many things, including attempting to reset my PC without losing my personal files - but nothing seemed to work. I was then informed that I could remove my SSD M.2 card, upload my essential files to another PC (there are two in my home), return the SSD M.2 card to my motherboard, and then wipe the card. Unfortunately, now I am in the UEFI menu, and the Boot option for my SSD card does not appear. In Advanced > Storage Configuration, there are no cards present. I tried connecting my SSD to a different M.2 slot and made sure it is secured. I enabled Secure Boot, and I attempted to put the "Launch Storage OpROM Policy" to LEGACY ONLY instead of UEFI ONLY. Nothing seems to work. I'm not sure what I could have done. Please help! ![]() |

Hi,
yes, when we connected the SSD to the other PC, it was recognized immediately and we were able to upload my files onto the PC. When I came back to my PC and reconnected, the SSD could not be detected. |
