Hey, I have recently build a system with a b450 steel legend and ryzen 5 3600 and win10. Everything is normal but if I run prime 95 or other CPU stress tool, system will BSOD and reboot. I have clear CMOS but no help, not sure if it relates to my CPU voltage or setting and I have no idea about it.
Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you |

Dear Faolan,
Greetings, this is ASRock TSD. For this case, we provide some suggestions for verifying: 1. Keep BIOS setting default (no overclocking) and only install CPU, PSU, Cooler, RAM, Graphics card, System disk to test. 2. Install one stick RAM on each slot by turns to repeat suggestion 1 to check if the problem relates to specific RAM stick or slot. 3. If possible, reinstall a clean Windows 10 OS. 4. If possible, please use another CPU or RAM to cross test. Thanks! All the best, ASRock TSD |
