    Posted: 24 Jul 2020 at 12:15am
Hey
I built a new PC on Tuesday and I cannot get it to load the BIOS. When I turn it on, the fans spin and the LED's light up but the monitor says that there is no signal. I have heard that I may need to update the bios for it to work. How would I do this? Also, the lights that show that my keyboard is connected are orange when the keyboard is working. They are not orange when connected to my new build, which suggests that there is no power to my keyboard. Without power to the keyboard, I cannot press the buttons to get it to boot up. Any advice is appreciated!

I forgot to add that the motherboard came with a drivers disc, but I can't use it because I don't have a disc drive. Would it be worth putting the contents of the disc onto a USB?

Hi. I'm new in this forum. I have the same issue of no display, no power on mouse & key-board. I use 2 DDR4 ram to occupied both A1&B1 slot. Try again with only B1 slot with ram, it become normal can load BIOS and installed OS as usual. But if i use A1 slot alone, same issue happen again. I'm thinking mobo issue and plan to RMA. Even B1 slot ok but i pay for whole mobo, right? Hope some expert can give me some advise. Many thanks.

Hi, you can try use single slot A1 or B1 only and if able booT in BIOS, then go to Ram speed setting to change from Auto to 2400. My case is A1 slot not working, So use B1 slot & able to boot in BIOS and change the dram speed as above mentioned. Then my proglem gone. Now both A1 & B1 work fine.

New boards usually come with a sticker over the BIOS that tells you the version that comes loaded from the factory.

Looking a the CPU support list for this board you need at least version P2.30 or P3.20 depending on the exact model of the 3200G:

AM4     Ryzen 3     3200G (YD320GC5M4MFH)     65W     Picasso     3.6GHz     2MB     B1     P3.20
AM4     Ryzen 3     3200G (YD3200C5M4MFH)     65W     Picasso     3.6GHz     2MB     B1     P2.30

If it already is this version or above re-check and reseat your cabling (24pin, 4+4 CPU) and RAM and connect speaker to troubleshoot.
