Vga white light on Asrock B850M Pro A Wifi

   This issue is weird, I have a rx 480 sapphire, 8gb when installed on the motherboard and the hdmi cable plugged in, there's a white light from vga issue, if I plug into the igpu (ryzen 9600x)it loads into windows, once in windows, if I plug the cable to the gpu, it works fine, I was even able to play for about 3 hrs with no issues, but restarting the pc doesn't work if the cable stays plugged into the gpu. I was able to test another gpu, a 1660,this one works fine, so I thought maybe the gpu is having issues or something, but I plugged the gpu to my old pc it works and boots fine, no issue at all, it just seems to have issues with the new pc and just when trying to boot connected to it, inside windows it works fine. I was wondering if anyone could help?
