AsRock H110 Pro BTC+ M.2 not detected

   I have a SATA III M.2 2280 and a live environment am able to detect the drive with lsblk and write to it.  However, I can't get it to detect in the BIOS?  There is a UEFI bootloader in my image so I am not sure why the BIOS still says not detected?  Please Advise, I would like to boot from this drive if possible.
