Hello!
I have an ASRock z690m-ITX/ax with BIOS 17.04 and an Intel 12600K (includes an iGPU).
The system is about 1.5 years old, and has been running for most of that time at small to medium loads.
Today it stopped working. I took apart the entire PC and put it back together. I tried one ram stick at a time in each slot. I cleaned and added new the thermal paste. I ensured no visual damage to the CPU or CPU pins.
When I turn on the PC with only power plugged in, I get 5 short beeps. ASRock website says this is a process error. However, when I plug an HDMI cable in then turn it on, no beeps. It shows the ASRock logo briefly, then it shows a screen stuck with these details:

Copyright American Megatrends, Inc.
BIOS Date: 01/15/2024 15:49:52
Z690M-ITX/ax EUFI 17.04

If I click F6 during the boot logo, it will append a line:

Copyright American Megatrends, Inc.
BIOS Date: 01/15/2024 15:49:52
Z690M-ITX/ax EUFI 17.04
Entering Boot Menu...

Any idea what's wrong, or any tips on fixing? I unfortunately do not have another CPU that fits this mobo, nor a mobo that fits the CPU.

I've also cleared CMOS twice by shorting the jumper pins for 10 seconds.

Try disconnecting your storage devices. If the boot menu is failing to pull up
you could have a dead drive.
