   Make sure your AIO (Waterforce) is properly connected. Here is the installation 
guide I found on Gigabyte's website. If the CPU block isn't getting power the 
CPU could be overheating. The BIOS and POST process really heat up the CPU, far
more than you will experience at the desktop.
