Hello.
I want to make a new build with
Ryzen 5 8400F
Asrock A620AM PRO RS
DDR5-Apacer NOX 5200Mhz (GD2.4631WT.00E)
and i faced a problem: both CPU and DRAM led are red.
I tried to replace CPU, changed memory ports, and made BIOS update to 3.50 through bios flashback (It blinks about 5 minute then turn off)
Nothing helps.
Can you give any idea? my motherboards is broken? thanks

Do yoy have 2 memory stick right?. Try to put only one in the B2 slot. I have de same issue as you but in a B650M PRO RS. Its a problem with the dual channel I think.

I have the same problem but with a different motherboard. According to the manual, I should install the two RAM sticks in the A2 and B2 slots. The problem is that it powers on intermittently; that is, sometimes it turns on (after taking about 20 seconds), shows video, and starts Windows. However, many times it remains stuck with the red RAM and CPU LED lights on the motherboard.

I searched online, and it's a very common problem with these boards, and I don't see a solution.

The only solution a user on the internet provided is to install a single RAM stick in the B2 slot, and then it works fine. Unfortunately, I only have 16GB this way, and not the 32GB I wanted for my setup.

AsRock, help us!

My components:

MoBo: Asrock B650M PRO RS
CPU: AMD 8500G
RAM: PNY XLR8 Gaming Epic-X RGB??32GB (2x16GB) DDR5 RAM 6000MHz CL36 1.35V (XMP/Expo Compatible) Desktop Memory Kit
BIOS: Updated to the last available in the web page (I dont remember now)
