I have a Z390 Phantom Gaming 4S/ac motherboard. Whenever my pc goes into sleep mode and I wake it back up, the DRAM led light on the motherboard lights up and stays on until I either restart or shut down my pc. The pc runs fine while the light is on. I read others who have similar issues and they all talk about updating the BIOS. I have the BIOS version from 2019, and I would like to update my BIOS to the most recent version for the 4S/ac. Problem is, I can't seem to find the correct BIOS flash file for the 4S/ac on the ASRock website. They have 4S and 4S-IB flash files, but I don't think those are the correct match to the 4S/ac.

The newest BIOS I could find for your board comes from the iBuyPower support page
here.

You need to click:
"ASRock iBUYPOWER Motherboard BIOS"
"Z390 Phantom Gaming 4S AC"
Then download the BIOS update. It appears to be from 2020.

If your system's only issue is the DRAM light on wake then I wouldn't honestly
bother with the update.

Unfortunately that is an OEM board that isn't supported directly by ASRock. All
accounts I can find online basically say it's up to the supplier of the PC it
shipped in to provide BIOS updates. OEM boards are made under contract for a 3rd
party system builder (like IBM, HP, Dell or smaller system builders). The update
channel is through them not the manufacturer of the components themselves.

As far as I am aware ASRock is not actually allowed to provide updates to OEM boards
directly as it would mean the updates have not been tested by the system builder
within the configurations they sell. This is usually fine with larger system
builders like HP and Dell for example as they tend to support their products
quite well but with smaller sellers this can be a huge issue.

Good news however is that the light is meaningless if there isn't an issue with
the system. I have a couple of boards that do the same in some of my older systems
and none of them have had any problems. The light simply comes on after waking
from sleep and won't go off again until a full system restart or reset. If the
light is bothering you for aesthetic reasons you can do what I did, stick a bit
of black electrical tape over it, cut out neatly so as to look nice and tidy.
This way you can remove it if the system has an issue and see if they light is
on and indicating a problem. Again, the light only indicates an issue if the
system is not functioning correctly, typically by not POSTing.
