sorry to post in this thread but I can't create a new one and it concerns the same motherboard.
System Specifications:

Motherboard: ASRock Z790 Pro RS
CPU: Intel Core i5-14600K (13th/14th Gen Raptor Lake Refresh)
RAM: Patriot Viper Venom 2x 16GB DDR5-7000 MT/s (PC-56000) - Model: PVVR32G700C32K
RAM Specs: 7000 MT/s, CL32, 1.45V, XMP 3.0

Problem Description:
The system boots normally with a single RAM stick in slot A2, but immediately shows a red DRAM LED on the motherboard's status checker and fails to POST when both RAM sticks are installed in slots A2 and B2 (the recommended dual-channel configuration).
What I've Already Tried:

??CMOS Reset - Removed battery for 5+ minutes and used CLR_CMOS jumper
??BIOS Update - Updated to the latest BIOS version available
??Both RAM sticks work individually - Each stick boots fine when installed alone in slot A2
??Tested different configurations:

Started with JEDEC default settings (4800 MT/s, 1.1V)
Disabled XMP completely
Set DRAM Gear Mode to Gear 2
Manually configured voltages:

DRAM Voltage: 1.10V (instead of XMP 1.45V)
VDD_CPU: 1.25V
VDD_IMC: 1.30V

Tried "Stable Mode" instead of "OC Mode"
Enabled MRC training options

??Verified slot configuration - Using A2 + B2 as per manual (2nd and 4th slots from CPU)
??RAM is fully seated - Security clips locked on both sides

Current Behavior:

Single stick in A2: ??System boots normally, stable, no issues
Both sticks in A2 + B2: ??Red DRAM LED, no POST, cannot enter BIOS
Even at lowest JEDEC settings (4800 MT/s): ??Still won't boot with dual configuration

Question:
Is this a known issue with the Intel i5-14600K memory controller and high-frequency DDR5 RAM on the Z790 Pro RS? I've read about degradation issues with 13th/14th gen Intel CPUs affecting memory stability.
Should I:

RMA the CPU (possible faulty memory controller)?
Try different RAM with lower frequency?
Is there a specific BIOS setting I'm missing for dual-channel DDR5 on this board?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
