First : clean install of build 1709
Second: all Windows updates
Third: chipset drivers
Fourth: amd audio+video drivers
Fifth: wlan drivers

Sixth: SUCCESS !!!!

I ran out of PM usage limit.. but at least we got a good result

stree and cubebucket, so, it was the driver install order?  Is this the only correct order?  Surprising others have not fallen into this hole, or have they?  Good work and enjoy, John.

I don't know if was the setup order to do the trick or just the latest windows update. I just followed the hints found in the thread linked by stree.

What matters is that I finally can give to my friend his brand new htpc :) ..I already posted my experience in the Raven Ridge tipa and tricks topic :)
