Front USB panel dont working

Hello, today I install new MB ASROCK FM2A68M-DG3+ to my PC, all its right. But front panel 2x USB dont working. Dont show in windows, keyboard and mouse dont light. Nothing.

I upgrade newest BIOS, I install all drivers for MB, nothing.

Cables in the PC is 100% OK, all is set alright.

Please help me.
