So basically I'm running Bios 1.52 and the PBO options are lacking or missing. For one I don't see the missing PBO scaler options. Also whenever I try to use PBO my core voltage stays locked at -1.00000 offset. If I try to increase or reboot it won't change. Am I missing something? Will this be fixed in a later bios?

Directly on the question - most likely it will be fixed. Bad news it's most likely to happen this time NEXT YEAR. That's the notorious ASRock BIOS team... Fingers crossed.
