Z490 Aqua motherboard update L2.13

   Managed to get an upto date bios for the Z490 aqua motherboard.
Was provided by asrock Taiwan and managed to get the update within 2 days of asking.
Bios is dated 20/12/2023
L2.13
I think it was only an intel ME firmware update from 14.1.53.1649 to 14.1.70.2228. And that's about all I can see, unless anyone else wants to add to that. 
Happy to post the bios update file if anyone wants or needs it.
Just reply and I'll post it up here for anyone whose still got one of these boards.

	Heard back from ASRock regards what the update was, and it was a microde update, aswell a ME firmware update

	Check out this site here for a great repository of BIOS downloads: https://botflakes.de/asrockwiki/bios/intel/ The file you are looking for is here It is not maintained by ASRock but the site is very thorough with it's BIOS archiving. I hope this helps.
