x570M Pro4 - Error 0xFFFE "this utility is not for

   The Restart to UEFI app stopped working after a BIOS update a while back, and I'm finally getting around to troubleshooting it. I get Error 0xFFFE "this utility is not for this platform"

Updated to latest BIOS (3.6)

Updated to latest AMD chipset drivers

Windows 10 up to date (along with any other drivers I can think of)

Updated to latest ASRock Motherboard Utility (A Tuning)

Updated to latest APP Shop
Updated to latest Polychrome RGB
Updated to latest Restart to UEFI (v1.0.6)

I've tried all the solutions I found googling, but it seems most/all of them were not for the x570m specifically. Searching these forums didn't really provide any answers either.
