I'm rather sure it will, BUT, please, before laying out that much $$ on two sticks, please contact ASRock Tech Support when they return from the Chinese New Year on Feb 6 2017.

Dear Soulreaver, Greetings, this is ASRock TSD. We were trying to test this memory (M393A4K40BB0-CPB) on this model, but we do not have it in our lab so that we cannot do the test for you. So we still recommend choosing the memory on our memory support list for system stable and better compatibility. Please refer to the link below, it lists all the memory which supported. Thanks!
