why is my core speed keep changing?

   [URL=][/URL]which setting is causing my 4800mhz core speed to keep changing from 800~4800mhz?
fyi, im reading the values from cpu-z, and the values are like 800, 1200, 2000, 4000 and so on

	Power saving, as you ramp up the load the frequency raises, as you decrease load the frequency (and voltage) drop. It's perfectly normal behavior and does not effect performance at all
