More memory usable--- A320M-HDV

   Hello, I have a 8GB RAM install and win10 see that 8GB. But it just 6.82GB memory is usable. I have reinstalled windows10 and also load bios default setting does not help. It is not reasonable so I think there will have a way to add more memory for use. Please advise.
