I want to enable the hdmi port of the motherboard so that it gives me an image on the monitor and that my NVidia GTX 1660 video card also shows an image on the monitor at the same time with both monitors

Even with a "G" series CPU that has built in graphics, I don't know that you'd be able to run both at same time.

just run both monitors off of your GTX 1660

The idea is to run both at the same time without having to connect the two monitors to the video card. Thank you very much for your contribution, I appreciate it very much.

the 3700x does not have an integrated graphics chip .. you would need a "G" series processor listed on your motherboards CPU Support List for the video outputs on your motherboard to work .. even then I don't know that an AMD APU and Nvidia GPU would work together ..

..and again .. why don't you want to hook up both monitors to your video card? 2 and 3 monitor setups .. off of same APU or GPU are fairly common. I run a dual monitor setup off of my 5700XT, my wife runs 3 monitors off of her 3400g using all 3 video outs from her ASUS B350 Prime setup ..
