New F-Stream Tuning beta issue after wake pu

   After waking up from sleep, the new f-stream tuning software beta (needed for 5000 processors), causes the clock to be locked to base clock after each wakeup restart, only fix is to restart computer. My guess is that it's mistakenly applying the OC section (which is locked to 3700mhz upon wakeup.

In our lab, after making the system wake from S3, the CPU Frequency didn't be kept at 3.7GHz. We would like to provide a new version utility for you, please download ot from following link and install it to try.
