Wake on Lan on Asrock b450 pro4 not working

The PCIE Devices Power setting was exactly my problem, thanks!

That setting mentions WOL, but that's not much use if you don't think to look there in the first place. It would've been good if the WOL setting mentioned the PCIE power setting too.
