z690 Phantom Gaming 4 LAN issue

   Hello, i have z690 Phantom Gaming 4 with i7 12700kf, 32g ddr4 etc...
I have issues with ethernet.Ehen i plug the cable into the Motherboard it connects to the ethernet but when I try to go to the browser pages takes ages to load ( if they load, sometimes they just wont load ).
Also somethines the connection just brakes.
I reinstalled the Windows 10 still the same thing.
When I ping 8.8.8.8 in cmd it says 14ms which is good.
How to solve it?
