Check your spam folder for an automated response. If you didn't get one then send
another ticket and make sure your email address is entered correctly. No automated response means their servers did not receive the support request. AFAIK the confirmation email is sent from ARock's tech support department server once the web server forwards the ticket to them. This setup ensures that ASRocks Tech Support department has received the ticket. If you don't get assistance but receive a confirmation email then that means their support department has a backlog there is a delay in processing your ticket. Since they have been doing it this way I have not seen anyone fail to receive an answer from them (not automated). Good luck. Edited by Xaltar - 42 minutes ago at 12:21am |
