	If the gree LEd, yiou are referring to, is the one on the LAN port, that can be correct. As long as the powersupply receives power, the system will check if there is activity also on the LAN port, in case you want to use Wake On LAN Otherwise use the tech support form and fill in the details. https://tw.asrock.com/events/tsd.asp When jusing Gmail, always check your spam folder
