Hello,

I have an Asrock X870E Nova Wi-Fi motherboard, an AMD Ryzen 7800 X3D, and 2x16GB Kingston KF560C30BB - 16GB (XMP) memory.

The motherboard prompt always reverts to 4800m/t after setting the memory to 6000 m/t or XMP Profile 6000, after training the memory during system start. Sometimes it keeps 6000 m/t or 5800 for few days, but later it back to 4800. How do I properly configure these DDR5 in BIOS to work with this motherboard?

I know that this DDR5 are XMP no EXPO. I tried many settings and I updated bios (4.04).

Thank you for your help.

Is this a new build? If not, maybe check the CMOS/RTC battery voltage. If it's low, replace it. Otherwise, no idea. Maybe clean the DIMM electrical contacts and reseat them?

Yes, it's a new computer - the whole set. The message "15" appears on the motherboard, lasts a few seconds, and after Windows loads, the memory returns to 4800.

I'm trying to go down to 5800mhz with Kingston memory, it already went back to 4800 once.
