Hi,
Looks like I've just found out an issue with USB3 ports on my X570 Riptide motherboard. In short, I have a cable plugged to USB3.2 port directly to MB, and Samsung T7 on the other end. For some reason, Windows (via USB Device Tree Viewer app) sees that T7 as connected to USB2.1. The same happens on every USB port on motherboard. AMD chipset drivers: 8.02.18.557 BIOS: 5.67 [Beta] (For some reason non-beta seems to be not released at all); Also, I did not find any USB settings in BIOS at all OS: Windows 10 Things I've already tried: - Delete all USB drivers from Windows -> reboot -> Win installs USB drivers again -> no joy - Forced Windows USB driver update -> no joy - Windows tricks (dism, sfc) -> no joy Anyone has any idea why my USB3.1 and USB3.2 ports are not working correctly ? |
