B850i Lightning Wifi Bug Report

This is bugreport, i dont know is this best place to post, but here we go.

I think i found two bugs. If this helps somebody, that's great!

I have Asrock B850i Lightning Wifi, latest bios.

First and the biggest one is Fan-Tastic tuning related, bios and windows software.

Fan-Tastic UI does not match the actual fan curve behavior. A horizontal segment displayed in the UI under the critical temp point is internally treated as a linear interpolation between points. The fan controller follows the interpolated line, not the corner shown in the graph. Adding an explicit point under critical temp point to create the corner makes the fan behavior match the intended curve.

This allmost drove me crazy.

Second one, Fan-Tastic windows app.

When you click "start fan test" and app starts to make fan power - fan speed-chart. The first one, 100% speed is logged too early before fan achieves it's full speed and that's why 90% speed can be even higher in the chart than 100%. Or atleast i think this is the problem.
