Damn, I guess the naming isn't consistent between models. Someone here found a
version 2.50b for an 8x series board that worked. One thing I am sure of however;
if it's on the board's official product page then it doesn't support TPM 2.0.

JZ (here on the forums) or "u/CornFlakes1991" (on redit) has a very well maintained
BIOS repository here:
https://botflakes.de/asrockwiki/bios/intel/

It may be worth looking at BIOS versions that are no longer listed on ASRock's
website but still exist on JZ's repository. The date should be around 2017 if
that helps. Sadly I don't have any 8x/9x boards to test with.

Good luck guys, hopefully someone will either find or be able to create an update
that works for this. To be very clear, I do not speak for ASRock, I am only a
community moderator so this is just my own personal interest, hoping that this
thread will help someone.

I have already migrated all my old/unsupported systems to linux and they all work
perfectly for what I need.

Yea, it sux...pretty much my old faithful PC...ran it for 11 years straight...4790k...played all Call of Duty titles until BO7 came out...thats when the TPM in the game started I think...My EVGA 1080ti Hybrid running at 26c in the game on BO6...Just wanted a back-up to my new one and to eventually go to Win 11...Seems Im stuck in 2024 with it now...lol
