asrock 970a-g/3.1 - SSD to M.2 Migrations and Boot

   Asrock 970a-g/3.1 Motherboard.

I copied SSD OS using EaseUS to my 256GB M.2. However when rebooted, I can not seem to find the M.2 in list of devices to boot from. Am I missing anything here?

Should I get a new PCIe card and will it boot from M.2?
