This is my setup:
Ryzen 5 1400 (3.9ghz, stable) AsRock AB350M Pro4 (Bios 5.10, AGESA 1.0.0.5 Raven Ridge) Corsair CMK8GX4M2B3000C15R (2 sticks) Arctic 64 Freezer Pro Corsair CX450M (Grey label) Sapphire R7 360 I have this problem: if i use the XMP profile (3000mhz), AIDA 64 memory stress test stops reporting a system failure, and games (like Overwatch) crash. I even tried to set timings, frequency and termination after calculating with Ryzen Timing Calculator but nothing. A weird thing i also found is the VSoc voltage: the control is useless because the mobo automatically sets it anyway (1.08 for 3000mhz, 0.9 for 2666 and 0.8 for 2133). How do i set the RAM correctly? Because having a 3000mhz kit and using it only at 2133 it's a waste for me |

This is the AIDA64 result: https://imgur.com/a/LgMrCIA
Also if i do tests with Prime95 to test ram, after some time some threads stop reporting an error message |

you may try to OC your RAM first then CPU.
