Hi all,
i just brought an Z390 Extreme and I am trying to decide what kind of wifi card I should go for. Is there any serious advantage of using m.2 wifi cards over usb? How do you install the m.2. wifi card?(I see the slot, but do I have to use a screw or do I have to unscrew the golden "dock" at the m.2. wifi slot) Many Thanks! |

Dear Nevek,
Thank you for choosing ASRock. Please refer to the user manual page 34 to install the M.2 Wi-Fi module. PDF User manual: http://asrock.pc.cdn.bitgravity.com/Manual/Z390%20Extreme4.pdf Thank you! Yours truly, ASRock TSD |

Many thanks for the help.
I brought an Intel AC 9260 m.2. wifi and bluetooth card (https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark/products/99445/intel-wireless-ac-9260.html) After installing the intel driver and although the card appears on my device manager list, I still can not find/connect to any wifi/bluetooth devices. Am I missing something here? Many thanks! |
