Hi. I am erecting my TR X399 Taichi computer. I am working on installing the fans and fan hub(s). I haven't bought my AIO cooler yet. I bought a Phanteks fan hub. In the Phanteks fan hub it says my hub needs to be connected to the CPU fan header in order for my sata power connector to the hub and PWM to function properly. How do you guys go about installing the fans and the hubs? I have 2 splitters I got with my fan hub. Should I use a splitter off of CPU fan header? I would prefer to install my fans in the chassis fan header. It doesn't say in the manual how many watts the headers support. In my fan hub manual it says 30 watts, is that right though? Some people are saying the chassis fan headers are only 1.5 amps 12 watts. I am using Noctua Redux 1700 max rpm 120 mil fans that run at 1.08 watts a piece or so it says on each fan and .09 amps? Are those numbers correct? If the headers each support 12 watts 1.5 amps then I should be good with connecting all these fans with multiple headers. Like I said I dont have the AIO cooler yet but I'm getting my new computer built slowly, 6 chassis case fans of these Noctua 1700's and 3 more fans to be on the 360 rad AIO cooler.
