Hi. I have just built my pc yesterday, and after booting it for the first time, I wanted to install ubuntu. The problem is that the system doesn't seem to detect the m.2 ssd.
The pc specs are: Motherboard: ASRock Fatal1ty B450 Gaming K4. CPU: Ryzen 7 2700. GPU: GTX 1060, 3GB. RAM: G.skill Tridentz Rgb 16gb (2 X 8gb) 3200 Mhz- For Amd (G.SKILL F4-3200C16D-16GTZRX). SSD: Ssd Wd 240gb Green M.2 Western Digital. Power supply: Evga Bronze 600w 80 Plus 49amp. Chassis: Thermaltake V100 Black Mid Tower 1. Thanks in advance. |

BTW, I would also like to ask how can I know which UEFI version I have. I've been looking for the version, in case I need to update the UEFI, but couldn't find it in the BIOS.

Hi. I have asked on reddit, and they've made me realize that my ssd is an m.2 SATA, and the slot on the motherboard is m.2 NVMe. Is there other slot where I can put my m.2 or I need a new one?
