Hello everyone. I have some problems. I have recently bought Asrock B460M pro4. But when I install Windows 10 in nvme ssd,my system hang and can't boot windows 10 after clean install. I checked in bios, my nvme ssd show there but can't boot into it.

Pls help and can anyone tell me how to fix this?. Should I update my bios??

One more thing I also checked my nvme ssd to different computer, but it can boot there.

Dear Suparno,

Thanks for posting!

Could you tell us which NVMe M.2 is used?

Also, kindly provide the BIOS version for us.

With thanks,

Dear Suparno,

Thanks for the reply.

Please try the suggestions below:
1. Please press F9 then the F10 button under the BIOS.
2. Make sure that the M.2 is installed properly into the system.
3. Try with the second M.2 slot to see if it will work.
4. Remove other storage devices from the system such as USB drive.
5. If the problem persists, kindly clean install the Win10 again with a different USB installation disk.

With thanks,
ASRock TSD

Sir as per your information I did as you told to me to do. But system boot up after first time installation. But after shutdown when I press power button system again hang and showing Asrock logo and not boot up.
For your kind information, if I install Windows 8.1, system boot in but in case windows 10, system hang.

Sorry Guys... At last I can do it. I never thought that old versions of Windows 10 can't be run on asrock B460M pro4 motherboard. So I upgraded version windows 10 install in this motherboard and finally boot up.
Thanks for everyone to co operate with me.
    With regards
