Can't POST, no signal on monitor after update bios

   ASRock B450 Pro4

Before, I try to update my bios on asrock b450 pro4 to bios version 4.50, I follow the guide from asrock official site and successfully update bios using instant flash and then reboot, after reboot I wait until 5 minutes more and no POST, the monitor saying no signal, I decided to turn of the pc by holding power button for 5 second more until pc turned off, but after that, I turned pc on again the problem still same.

I try remove battery cmos, clear cmos using jumper, waiting a ton of hours for make sure all electrical run out and place the cmos again with jumpering or not, is still never work. 

Can you please help me for solution, maybe can flash back bios, or another solution. I can't do anything because I can't boot up to bios.

Processor : Ryzen 3 3200G
Memory : DDR4 8GB
Storage :250GB SSD M.2
GPU : none
