X570 Taichi just got UEFI 4.0.

I'm still using Ryzen 9 3900X with it, and a few previous BIOSes were causing a problem with my RAM (G.Skill Trident Z 3600MHz CL16-16-16-36 1.35V F4-3600C16Q-32GTZKK) when using standard XMP profile for 3600 MHz.

So I was stuck with the last working one - 3.40.

Download for 4.0 warns that:

User will not able to flash previous BIOS once upgrading to this BIOS version.

So if I'll upgrade to that and it will be still unstable with my RAM I'll be stuck?

That is from system to system experience, I'm afraid. There is no single answer to that
