asrock b460m itx ac drivers no sound

   Has anyone fix the problem that asrock b460m itx/ac mobo 3.5jack is not working?
mind to share the solution on fixing it?
bought a new speaker, plug it in but only bussing soung, tried almost anything but still not working. tried plug the new speaker to my bro pc, its working.
i guess its the jack problem but everything seems ok. tried set defaut, and update driver and reinstall realtek and still not working. its working using hdmi on the monitor only.
