Reset default settings now PC won't turn on.

   Hi, 

Last night I went to reset the settings on my ASRock Z490 Phantom Gaming 4 motherboard BIOS. After doing so the computer restarted as normal but wouldn't load up any screen at all( windows or bios screen). I tried pressing F2 , F11, and DEL but nothing would happened each time. I really help figuring out why nothing is showing up on my monitor or why the BIOS isn't loading.
