The memory controller is integrated in the CPU, and it is not on the board
There is a direct link, between pins in the CPU socket, and contacts in the memory slots. Try with 1 module, and test each slot, if one slot is not working, check the pins in the CPU socket, also do not overtighten the CPU cooler, this can cause the CPU and socket to bend, and cause contact problems, often this causes memory or PCIE slot problems Yiou could try to use trhe support form https://event.asrock.com/tsd.asp When using a gmail account, check the spam folder for replies |
