So when I first got my Taichi the Blue LEDs worked fine. The Polychrome software no longer is able to turn on the blue leds on the motherboard, but my ARGB strips work just fine.

I've read older posts and others have had similar issues on other boards. Anyone know if there is a solution to this kind of issue yet, or is it just a permabug that will not go away?

Dear moonstarmac,
Thank you for the post.

For this case, we would like to provide some suggestions for you to verify.
1. Clear CMOS by referring to user manual page. 30.
User manual: https://download.asrock.com/Manual/X470%20Taichi.pdf
2. Download the Polychrome utility from below link and install it to try.
ASRock Polychrome RGB ver:1.0.94: https://download.asrock.com/Utility/RGB/PolychromeRGB(v1.0.94).zip
3. If possible, please reinstall a clean Win 10 OS to verify.

For further assistance, you can use our support form to contact us.

I actually found that the reason is that in the current version of Polychrome if you turn on ARGB it messes with the RGB onboard. Once I disabled the ARGB setting (had it on for my LED Strips) I was able to turn the Blue LEDs back on.
