Boot Option Bios Problem

   Hi everyone, I'm new here, I need help with the bios, yesterday I installed the latest version of ubuntu 22.10 in an external hard drive, but for various reasons I deleted it, after doing this every time I start the pc yes it restarted and then went into the bios but I solved this problem by reflashing the latest bios update, but now the problem is that ubuntu remained in the bios boot options I tried in every way to eliminate it but I couldn't, the my specs are: AsRock Z270 extreme 4 motherboard, CPU I7700K GPU RTX2080TI, RAM 16GB DDR4, thanks all in advance

	sorry i forgot to add that the main system and windows 10 and ubuntu should be the second system in the external hard drive, thanks again
