X670E PG Lightning Prom21 chipset cooling

   Can someone from Asrock let me know what is needed to cool the chipset "Promontory 21" (PROM21) on the X670E PG Lightning?

I intend to replace the stock heat sink near the pci 5 slot as it is getting in the way of the graphics cards active back plate.

From what I could find online the chipset is 19mm x 19mm, does the whole surface area of the chip need to be cooled? What is the maximum operating temperature?

Any info would be much appreciated. Thanks.
