   I have a Thunderbolt 3 dock that works great if plugged in while Windows is running.

On boot, the bios doesn't recognize my keyboard/mouse on the dock. Once in windows it won't connect unless I unplug and replug the dock.

Any idea why it doesn't work as expected?
