Hi ASRock. I'd love to know if there's any way for me to turn off that dreadfully bright red LED in the lower right part of the motherboard - The one that indicates which BIOS the motherboard is running.

It's... well honestly it's really poor design to put in an LED like that on an AURA RGB board. If it isn't possible at the moment, could you please consider including it in an upcoming BIOS update? It's really clashing with my Cyan/Purple theme, and I'd prefer not having to smash it just to get rid of it.

This is a known issue. I have the same problem on my Z270 Gaming K6, in the mean time I just use some opaque tape cut into a small square to cover it. If the LED is still showing through you can layer more untill it is completely invisible. Not ideal I know but at least it won't be hurting your eyes until/if a fix gets released.
