Only boots when battery is taken out and put back

   had a same problem this morning: neighbor asked to watch his pc, where symtoms were - os booted only after full powerdown (AC) and only single time. nextime you should disable power again to boot.
and it was a dead battery. so you should watch it voltage too, not just try to remove and put it back
