Z270 SuperCarrier Sata Express Support

   I ordered 1x http://www.asus.com/Motherboard-Accessory/USB-31-FRONT-PANEL/ Asus USB 3.1 Gen 2 Front Panel because the Z270 SuperCarrier has 0x 3.1 Gen 2 type A, and I want to use my 
http://www.akitio.com/desktop-storage/nt2-u31 Akitio NT2-U31 Usb 3.1 Gen 2 TYPE A with it (doesn't support type C)
I tried to plug a USB key into my front panel. While I was able to see the USB Key's name show up briefly for a second in My Computer, I was unable to access its contents, and the drive eventually disappeared.

Please, when will the Sata Express for Z270 SuperCarrier be supported??
