Hi, i have buy Samsung Evo 960 m.2 MVMe SSD 500GB. But i have som trouble with my Moterboard. Spec. : ASrock Fatal1ty z270 Gaming K6, i7-7700k,16 gb ddr4. Bios is flash to 2.0
I can do first step on installing windows 10 on my Samsung Evo 960, but when pc restart to continiue, it going in a loop to install from the beginning. If i pull out usb stick when pc restart, bios cant fint windows install in bios on boot. If pc start with Samsung evo 960 to continiue install, it just freeze. If i putt in my old SSD, go into File mangement, i can find window 10 on Samsung Evo 960. |

Thank you for contacting ASRock.
Regarding your case, please follow the steps to install the Windows into your M.2 SSD. 1. Connect the Windows 10 installation USB flash drive. 2. Boot up the system, press F11 key to select boot up from UEFI USB flash driver. 3. Install the Windows 10 on the M.2 SSD. 4. When the installation finish, request to restart the system, press F2 key to enter BIOS. 5. Set Windows boot manager to first boot option priority. 6. Press F10 to save configuration and restart the system. 7. Then you can continue the Windows installation.

I can't install windows at all. Z270 k6 , i7700k, Samsung 690 evo m.2 and Samsung 680 SSD. Bios P2.10
M.2 says we couldn't create a new partition or locate an existing one. For more info see setup log files. SSD says' windows cannot be installed to this disk. The selected disk is of the gpt partition style. Any help? |

Disconnect all other drives, use only the 960 when installing windows.
